Recommit to getting back to being fit and healthy.

Fresh Start after having a baby.

Jan 2010

Complete a 5K run program in 8 weeks. This will mean I will be running three times a week Saturday, Monday and Thursday. I have to be consistent that is so key with me. My runs also have to be first thing in the morning; I find running much more pleasurable on an empty stomach. I'm not going to set any ambitious running targets until I get back in the groove.

30 min cardio 5 times a week sounds a reasonable goal for the first 2 months of 2010.

I'm happy to have embarked on this journey 2.5 years ago; I now know how the healthy side of life feels like.

The past six months have been the most challenging. However, I'm determined to forge ahead in order to attain and maintain my goal weight.

I will be resuming running in order to realise the half marathon ambition in 2009.

I'm recommitting myself again to an active lifestyle.

Keep moving!

Nutrition:

I plan on drinking WATER !!!

I also plan on eating within my recommended calorie range at least 6 times per week.

I need to restrict my calorie in take to less than 500 after 5 o’clock.

I need to be as mindful and responsible about eating when out with friends as I am during the week.

Fitness:

5-6 days of exercise per tweek.

KEEP MOVING!

Mental:

I will keep a gratitude journal.
