I totally understand your frustration trying to exercise with bad knee & foot troubles. I've had rhuematoid arthritis since age 16, now regular osteo-arthritis in both knees, too, & the pain & stiffness are tough to work around. Spark has lots of wonderful ideas & good videos that are helping me find things I can do. I'm sure it can help you, too. Don't forget the pool! It is great for folk like us, whatever our size or fitness level, whether we actually swim, walk or run in pool or choose water aerobics instead. Local colleges will let you buy a day pass or monthly/yearly memberships for not too much. Lots of heavy folk are shy about appearing in a swimsuit, but you just have to bite the bullet & go if you want that size to ever change. Pool exercise tones the whole body without stressing any joints, as it holds your weight up while you move. Good luck & keep moving! God Bless! P. S. Ask your doc about getting a shot in that knee to get you going. I just got some kind of corticosteroid in both & can move both normally again, 1st time in years. My doc says they can give shots 2-3 times a year to keep me mobile - ask about it...
