Introduction Text Hi! I am Tracy, a 36 year old mother of two boys ages 11 and 16. After losing my way for two years, my younger son had a health scare on a field trip today. Enough is enough!! I am killing my child with food. We will take this back together. I will no longer let him be this person. I WILL do it with him.

We have begun cooking way healthier that we ever have in the past. I am doing Cardio everyday and upper body/ core every other day using resistance bands. I am walking for everyday errands and walking my dog everyday to keep motivated!

Hi all! My name is Tracy! I live in Manchester, CT and have two wonderful children ages 16 and 11. I have been with my wonderful supportive man for 13 years! After a huge health scare both mentally and physically, I have begun a journey to a new lifestyle! I am grateful for the support I am finding here and in turn happy to give support as well. I know WE can do this! For me, it is not an option if I want to live!

I am addicted to my education! I think I will always be in school trying to get more information on helping people. I love non-profit work and am committed to helping to change the world around me. I am fascinated by people and how the mind works. My hope is to impact the lives of people with HIV/AIDS in a positive manner.
