So I quit Spark People for a few years and gained back all the weight I lost before. I recently found out that I have high Blood Pressure and I decided then that it was finally to time to quit all of this Drama with food and stop letting it control my life. I am back on Spark People, back on an exercise regimen and committed to do this again. This time I will not fail! I will continue my journey until I succeed. I have a great support system in my friends, family, doctor, and especially my two beautiful kids who encourage me and cheer me on everyday. I know I am going to do this!

My Goals:
My goal is to lose weight. I have 170 pounds to go to reach my intial goal. Then I will go from there. I also want to complete wieght trianing while dieting and exercising so that I can tone my body as well.

My Program:
I work out at my gym 3 to 4 times per week with 3 days of wieght training per week. I watch what I eat, but I do not deny myself the foods that I love I have just learned to limit portions. I have also learned food that taste really good will still be there tomorrow so there is no need to overeat. I can share the joy for another day.

Personal Information:
I am from WV born and raised.

Other Information:
I have 2 wonderful children the highlights of my life. And they are the sole reason I am doing this. I really do not want my kids to be the kids with the FAT mommy. And I want to be healthier for them too. I want to enjoy doing things with them and playing with them and I want energy to do that.
