My weight loss journey


Hello, I am creating this page as my personal inspiration to start with my weight loss journey. I have been overweight for the past 13 yrs and basically I am tired of carrying all this extra baggage around !!! Time for a change..........

My Goals:
My goal is to weigh 110 lbs again.........

My Program:
 I will be doing the HCG diet and following Dr. S protocol.


Personal Information:
I am a Registered Nurse and Mom to one child :) and 2 furbabies :)

Other Information:
 I have 2 dogs. I have one yorkie and one rescued miniature schnauzer that I love dearly.

You can't change the world by saving one animal, but for that one animal, you change its world...
