I want to look good in a bikini this summer.
Last summer I went to the beach once while all my friends went practically every day - I just couldn't stand the thought of baring my flesh to the world.

My Program:
 Eating sensibly
Exercising every day
Drinking 2 litres of water a day
Positive daily affirmations
To get my confidence back

    Thanks for the tips. I'm trying to get better. I've typically consumed very little protein over the years and it has been a struggle for me to add so much of something I don't like. Some of your suggestions sound like good options to me.

    Thanks for the comment on my blog. I have a bottle of lavender EO but wasn't sure if it worked with burns. One book I have says that it can be used on burns, the other didn't say anything about lavender for burns.

    Knowing myJet she is bossing them around and teasing them. Jenny will be wanting to play with both of them and I bet Chomsky is having great fun with both Jet and Jenny. I like to think of them playing and chasing butterflies. Jet was always chasing them and missing LOL
