It’s cold outside, but Spring is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of March. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.

I saw your November 2013 posting about the trackers and just wanted to pop in to see how you're doing.
I just joined the 2 trackers and am enjoying the change. But, I am still trying to stay at the lower end of the calorie recommendation.
That said, I have increased my daily calories about 400 calories and the weight is moving again. I came to let you know that it is working for me.
You still must do whatever works for you. I go under the thought that the high-end is the max I can eat without gaining? I could be wrong, but at least it gives me a viable calorie range.
