Guess what?!? I'm 50! Yep! Hard to believe.

I'm starting fresh....starting by making those small changes that will lead to improving my overall health.

I want to feel better, feel better about who I am, and look my very best.

My Goals:
To get where I need to be to feel my very best.

To look for fitness opportunities in each day.

To stay true to who I am.

My Program:
 Starting back at this slowly -

1. water intake
2. fitness
3. logging what I eat.
4. setting a regular gym schedule (not using excuses to not get there).
