It has only taken 20 something years...But I am finally on track with my life!! I have already lost 100 pounds, and I am so close to my goal weight I can taste it...although tasting things was what got me in to trouble in the first place :) I am an emotional/compulsive over eater...and EVERYDAY is a struggle with food. People who don't have this problem have NO IDEA what it is like, and how hard it is to lose the weight....But if I can do it...I know anyone can!! So, my goal in life is to use my experiences...my pain, my joy, my struggles and my life to help others...To help people realize that it does get better, and you can lose the weight!!

Goal #1...To lose between 10-20 pounds before Summer Camp starts at the end of June!! Goal #2...To complete my First 5K ( The Warrior Dash) on August 13th!! Goal #3...To be at my goal weight before December!!

I eat what I love!! Just not as much of it as I used to!! Life is too short to deprive yourself of stuff you love, So... I watch what I eat, exercise...and treat myself to the food I love once a week!!

I am 27 years old, And for the first time in my life...I am actually LIVING and not just existing!!
