    thanks mama! yea, I've been at a plateau for a while now, so I'm beginning to just accept myself the way I am right now. We'll see though; I'm getting back on track this week.

    Congratulations on the 19 pound loss!! That's great! As far as excercise, find even 10 minutes a day..then find another 10...a few here and there will add up and make a difference. If you have lost 19 just from dieting, just think where you'd be with excercise too! Keep up the good work, you are doing so good!!!

    Thanks for visiting my page and posting. I haven't been hitting the games as much either. Am suffering a set back in the weight loss at the moment. Hoped to lose 15 lbs by April 1st but ended up only losing 7. I have been exercising though so hopefully the weight loss will kick in again. Awesome about you losing 19 lbs. :)

    Howdy! Did you have a great week? I just wanted to stop by and check on you before the weekend. I was disappointed in only losing a half pound this week, but instead of throwing in the towel, I’m more motivated than ever! I see you lost a half pound too. I keep telling myself, a loss is a loss!
    You may have noticed on my weight loss journey that I’ve added bike riding to my fitness. I had to wipe the dust off it, and drag it out of it’s hiding place, but I actually rode 12 miles the first time out! Have you ever heard of OVER DOING IT? I was so sore, and I even have a big ol’ butt seat! Live and learn!
    The weather is finally cooperating and hubby and I played tennis yesterday! I hope you have a fun weekend doing the things you love and getting a good workout at the same time! Stick with it, you can do it!!

    It’s F*R*I*D*A*Y! Did you feel successful this week? Not necessarily by the scale, but by the choices you’ve made and the amount of exercise you did?

    Today I am going to put fertilizer/crabgrass halts on my lawn and yesterday I mowed. I love to be outside and this is just the kind of thing Spark talks about. Do things you enjoy which are also good exercise!

    Guess what I found this week? FAT FREE Lays Potato Chips! An ounce (which I weigh on my little scale) covers half of a paper plate and only has 75 calories and NO FAT! These are different than the Lite Lays Chips. Today for lunch I’m fixing sloppy joes. I’m using 96% lean hamburger, Manwich (with just 40 calories per ¼ cup and no fat), and Martin’s whole-wheat potato rolls. I see so many people trying to eat the same things day after day. I call that BOR---ING!

    The forsythia are so bright, the flowers are blooming; just get out there and have a great weekend! Let me know when you are back!
