    I'm back...didn't think you got rid of me that easily, did you? How is the start of summer going for you? I just got back from MX. We went to Puerto Vallarta to renew our wedding vows. It was amazing. I didn't make it to goal weight for it, and it was still a beautiful day and experience. I didn't start my weight loss journey for the wedding. So, I'm continuing. I've been stalled at the same number for what seems like for ever.

    How have you been?? What are up to?

    oh, I just became co-lead for the Nothing Tastes as Good As Skinny Feels Team. I posted a new challenge that you might's easy and fun. All you need is a pedometer and record your steps. I figured it's an easy thing for people to do since most of us walk throughout our day even if it's just to get to a bathroom LOL.

    Well, don't be a stranger. We are making progress as long as we don't give up :-)

    yeah...i know...lounge, lounge, and more lounging that day! I did go dancing the night before. Some margaritas burned there. LOL

    So, you got married in Vegas. Are you from there? I saw at one hotel where it has a chapel for getting married. The first thing you come upon in the room is the cash register. LOL.

    I thought your ticker moved! Isn't that the best feeling! I'm happy for you! It's encouraging to see that thing move when we work sooooo hard for it! Oh, and I think I saw you work with a trainer later...sorry...missed it the first time. Shop around on the protein drinks. There is a large variety n the carbs and protein ratios (composition). i find lower carb and higher protein works best for me, and I'm sure you know what you need better than I. It does help me curb hunger at times when I want something quick but not eat a ton of calories. And on mine, I do a half serving....a full serving is 2 scoops and the calories go way up to a I just pay attention to that. some times I want a meal, but most times, it's a supplement to build muscle and hold me over til dinner.

    hey, am I seeing two more pounds off? I think your ticker is moving! I thought last I wrote you it was a 10lb drop. That's really great. A 12 lb drop is probably being felt in your great. I am really happy for you, Tracy! Keep up the great work 'cause it is all working.

    u r too funny! I hear you with the scale thing. I've had my moments as well where for weeks it would stay put. Then it would have a big 3 lbs. But sometimes or I should say most times, it's a pound at a time.

    I know you didn't ask, so I hope you don't mind if I offer some things that really helped me when it stayed put. I started to be more dedicated with entering my foods in the calculator ( I try to stay closer to 1200 calories but no more than 1500), sometimes shaking up my activity level really boosted starting spin for me helped. I hired a personal trainer that is the best! I work out with her about 2 x's per week and in this, I noticed changes in my body shape and recently i got into clothes I was holding onto from before Korbyn (my now 3.5 yr old) was born...this was my hi-lite a couple of weeks ago. I think a trainer, a good one, is worth the investment. She showed me exercises I never new and targets several muscle groups at the same time. So in one hour, heck, one exercise, I work out 3 or 4 muscle groups at a time. It is slimming my waist, arms and thighs! Oh, and I will wear a bikini now...I'm not the slimmest, and my shape is really coming along where I'm more comfortable in the suit. (Just got back from a weekend in Vegas with my bikini ;-) ) Protein shakes help me with weight loss ( I use Isopure Perfect Carb Zero...It's higher protein and lower carb and I do 1/2 cup skim milk, 1/2 serving of isopure, add fruit or peanut butter (1tbsp) and ice). Some times, I just take a weekend and increase calories too! It's a bit scary for me, but sometimes it works. Oh, and if I really want to drop, I take several days where I'm eating higher protein, salads with chicken, protein shakes, and a few complex carbs, and lots of flushing with water, more fruits and veggies...usually no cooking or eating processed or packaged foods...except for steel cut oatmeal. The salads really help me, and I do get hungry every 2 to 3 hours like this, so I eat from those things I've listed.

    You have made wonderful progress so don't loose site of it! you have accomplished 10 pounds and it isn't easy or else, we wouldn't have epedimic overweight people in our society. I'm really proud of you and next time you're a the super market lift a 10 pound bag(s) of dog food, rice or meat and pat yourself on the back because that is what you did for you! You lost that heaviness! And the benefits will help you play ball with your little guy for years to come! Congratulations! Treat yourself to something non food....set up some goals to look forward...this has also contributed to my success.

    Hi are things? i can't believe it has been two weeks since i last popped by. I've had a bit fuller schedule lately. Still, I wanted to pop in and say hi. 10 pounds downs is GREAT! you've been sticking with it...way to go! you must be very pleased and happy! Would love to hear what helps you loose the weight when you get a chance.

    I'm thankful it's Friday...although I'm working tomorrow. Still, I won't hit really heavy traffic in the morning....that's a plus :-) Got any weekend plans? How's you're little boy doing? He probably has plans for you ;-)

    keep up the great work...we're going to make it to our goals before we know it!
