Fitness Minutes: 203

My Goals:
I hope to lose 5 to 10 pounds a month... Hopefully!!!!!

My Program:
 I zumba twice a day!!!!! Julian Michael's DVD in the morning before work and a nice walk on my treadmill in the evening.

Well I have invested in the Wii, Wii Fit and I just purchased My Fitness Coach. Along with bike riding and weight and watching my food intake I hope the inches and weight come off!!!!

    I almost cried on day two - it hurt so baaaaddddd. I tried level two, and it was so much more manageable for me. Those squats are killers :) I took my measurements on Dec. 30. I am really looking forward to check them again on Feb. 1. We are so gonna rock these 30 days!
