This is always the hard part. What to say about yourself. So here it goes. I just turned 50. I have a family history of heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure. I have diabetes type 2. High blood pressure and very bad cholesterol. I recently found out that a few medical problems I've been having are related to my diabetes. A huge wake up call. I have 5 children and 6 grandchildren with another on the way. I want to be around for all of them.
