I am tired to struggling with my weight. As long as I can remember, I have been tied to a scale, trying to figure out how to make it go down. I am looking to be more healthy, not just for me but for my children as well.

My Goals:
1. Be a good example of a Healthy lifestyle for my children.
2. Be able to take my kids sledding and not be out of breath going up and down the hills.
3. Take my kids to the beach and not be self conscious about being the fattest person there.
My Program:
1. Write down everything I eat each day.
2. Exercise each day - even if it is only reaching 10,000 steps for the day.
3. Drink 8 glasses of water.
4. Blog at least 4 times a week.
