Getting back to 130 to stay
After daughter no. 3, I'm really tired of agressively losing weight then slowly gaining back, only to repeat the process again!!!! We eat well, but I really need the exercise
Re-Start July 1, 2013: 163 lbs
August 22, 2013: 153 lbs
February 17, 2015: 156 lbs (added crossfit and whitewater kayaking to my fitness regimen)

Goal to workout at least three times a week, 30-60 minutes each. 20-50 mile Bike Ride once every other month beginning in May.
Goal to participate in a 5k Walk/Run by March 1, 2015
Goal to bike a 100-mile ride in October 2014 (did that! WOOT)
Crossfit Goal: Level 1 with no modifications by May 1, 2015

Tracking my food every day every meal, walking during lunch when I can as well as biking with my family in the evenings (all weather permitting).

Just picked up Whitewater Kayaking, always have loved to road bike and now...my new adventure CROSSFIT. I've always loved anything that gets me OUTSIDE - really hoping to work the lumps out so I can take advantage of all the really cute workout clothes this Spring! haha

1 God is our Refuge and Strength [mighty and impenetrable to temptation], a very present and well-proved help in trouble.
