Hi Theresa! I am new to sparkpeople and I too have had a difficult time loosing weight. Makes it so hard when on a tight budget and the "junk" food is cheaper than the healthier. That is just so messed up!! My problem is getting motivated. Im tired all the time and Im tired of wearing out jeans!! Im sure so many can relate. I am at a point that (I am 42) that I am not getting younger and I need to do this before my health declines. I lost 30lbs a few years ago on one of Jay Robb's fat burner diets. That worked well for me. I am now taking the Green coffee bean extract pills. I have lost 4 lbs in a week. I am also walking as much as possible. I have an old back injury and I start to hurt after 20 minutes, but I push on. We can do this, you and I. I just have a hard time staying motivated!! lol. I wish you luck! Laura 1867 days ago
