    emoticon Done Girl, here is my advice. Use the Japanese method of Kai-Zen (constant improvement). You begin by setting the alarm for ONE MINUTE and then starting exercise. Then quit. Write down on your list EXERCISE DONE TODAY. Then the next day set the clock for ONE MINUTE, and start. Do your ONE MINUTE. Write it down again. tell yourself how great you did. Next day the same. AND, IF you WANT to do more after the first minute, you can, but YOU DON'T HAVE TO. You did your exercise.
    Seeing Kai-Zen is used for ANYTHING you don't want to do, because STARTING is the hardest part. You can do anything for ONE MINUTE. I use this to empty my dish drainer. that was my job as a child and I still hate doing it. But, once I start, I can finish.
    Keep doing it everyday, no matter what else happens and write it down. If one day you do 20 minutes, great, but what matters is DAILY doing the ONE MINUTE.
    So, DONE GIRL that is my advice.
    Also, find a good endocrinologist who understands obesity. You probably have PCOS. Find Richard Bernstein M.D. on line and listen to his lectures. He wrote THE DIABETES SOLUTION and has a full chapter on PCOS.
