Live life to the fullest, it's to short not too! I'm 29I have been married for almost10 yrs and I have 3 beautiful children 9,7,6 and they run my life on top of working full time.. I have just started exercising3 days a week and have lost almost 12 inches already..I started may 24th 2008 and have pics posted on progress so far.. I did weight watchers in 2002 until 2003 and lost 63 pounds, some traumatic stuff happened and I have gained all plus 25 pounds more back so I am ready to beat the fatty battle again..I am always here to talk and give motivation if you need it..my friend says weight comes on 1 day at a time and you lose it 1 day at a time..

My main goal is to reach 180 by May1st 2009, I also want to get into a normal BMI range..Also I am trying to have more of a positive attitude towards myself and the way I look, self esteem is a killer!

Doing the SP daily meal planner and exercise ...I am starting to love the gym and feel bad when I dont go. I have also takin up jogging which I am really starting to get into and love to jog in the rain.."Iknow I'm a weirdo" Not drinking soda anymore, and watching my junk food intake..I am a junk food junky..
