I just hit 40 years old and weighed in @ 360 lbs.
My 1st goal is to get down to 300 lbs. by August 4th.
To do this I will have to lose 60 lbs. in 5 months / or 12 lbs. each month. I don't like to get discouraged, so I will be weighing myself once a month only. Please say hello or friend me, as I would be happy to meet you !!

My Goals:
My goals are to be healthy first and to get down to 220 pounds. A weight that I am happy with.
My Program:
I am eating much healthier and drinking lots of water. Having 3-4 healthy snacks every day is my goal. Snacks help curb my appetite and keep me energized all day long.
I will be hitting the gym 3 - 5 times a week and walking the treadmill, riding bikes and any other equipment like that.
After I reach my first mimi goal of 300 pounds, I will begin some strength training to get some muscles back on this body.

Bobby and Ron had moved in with her parents to take care of her mom when he passed.
