Hey all! Glad you jumped over and checked out my Sparkpage. I am Tina, 30 years old and have been married for 10 years to the love of my life John. We currently do not have any children but are believing God for them every day. Jesus is the center of our lives and we have recently taken the beginning steps to enter the ministry. John recently received his Exhorters License with the Church of God so we will be starting the 2 yr intern program in September. We hope to one day be full time ...
Hey all! Glad you jumped over and checked out my Sparkpage. I am Tina, 30 years old and have been married for 10 years to the love of my life John. We currently do not have any children but are believing God for them every day. Jesus is the center of our lives and we have recently taken the beginning steps to enter the ministry. Fitness Minutes: 60

My Goals:
I want to lose 175 lbs but am taking it in 50 lbs incraments. At one point I had lost 33 of those but have gained some back so my current goal is 250 by the end of the year. It is a stretch but I am going to push for it.

My Program:
 Watching my calories. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day. Exercizing 4 days a week.


Personal Information:
I have been married to the love of my life for almost 10 years. I am a preacher''s wife so please watch your language in any posts to me. I find my strength in the Lord Jesus Christ!

Other Information:
 If you are a Christian woman with over 100lbs to lose check out the Girls of God (GOG) team...they are a great bunch of ladies and can really help you to stay encouraged.

    Hi, Tina! I just updated the photos in my gallery: I decided to post the Peru pix a group at a time in chronological order, you know, changing them every week or so. Come on by and have a look...maybe you'll start to feel like you know and love the folks like I do!
    DH and I celebrated our 33rd anniversary today at Red Lobster, where I did very well. THEN I had a whole pint of ice cream when we got home! Ah, well, it's only once...Back on track tomorrow...-Shel

    Hey Tina,
    I haven't heard from you in awhile, I pray all is well with you and yours.
    I just got back from a week long camping trip and I lost 2 pounds from all the walking to and from the bathroom and the little day trips to explore the old gold mines in Northern California. Now if I can just keep it up that would be wonderful. Hope you are having continued success with your weight loss journey, getting stronger and healither.

    Hi I just had a chance to read your comment on my page. Thank you! The "OO"forum.. it is large, but ,the larger the group, the more minds that are together, the more we learn from one another, and can only enhance our lives. My wife is a very loving person, she used to be a councellor, before she was put in the wheelchair (she was attacked)... but she put the forum together out of love,only to congregate people together, and introduce themselves to one another, meet one another, share successes, personal stories, insight, motivation, and laughs..etc.) I'm glad if you became a part of the family!
