Fitness Minutes: 575

My Goals:
-To get back down to the size I was when I first met my husband.

-To be able to lead an active lifestyle without being held back because of being so unhealthy.

My Program:
 -Eating three meals a day
-Eating one snack a day
-Drinking one Whey protein shake a day.

-Walking to leslie sansones "Walk away the pounds" DVD 4-5 times a week.
-beginning strength training with dumbells.


Personal Information:
I am from Wilmington, Delaware. I just recently got married on July 10, 2010. I am currently in nursing school and I am trying to get all areas of my life on track. Today I am excited to start getting my health on track.

Other Information:
 I generally love Horror Movies.
I read everything from classic novels to suspense novels.
