Introduction Text Hi all! Tomi here. It's been two years since my last time on Spark. I'm back and ready to be focused and motivated. The support you get from other Spark members is awesome and I need that. The rest of my story below hasn't changed at all except that I've now been in my home 11 years. I'm here to make it happen this time. Wish me luck. I've lived in Belton, Missouri for the past 11 years with my husband, step-son, 2 cats and 1 dog. I work as a Law Office Manager/Paralegal for a small firm in Kansas City, MO. My goal is to live a healthier and happier life. I made a positive step toward that goal in 2007 by quitting smoking. Now I want to make better food choices, drink less soda and be more active. I'm hoping to find some extra motivation here and hopefully help to motivate others.

Current goal: Get back on track by: Tracking my food and exercise everyday Writing in my journal everyday 10 minutes of silence everyday Lose the first 10lbs

Currently on HCG. Also: 2 days of strength training or yoga 8 glasses of water per day



I love being outdoors in the fresh air, even when it's cold. I enjoy scrapbooking, Guitar Hero, all things Joss Whedon, NFL and fantasy football, and taking photographs. I'm also a board game fanatic.
