Introduction Text 2014 - I am committed to stay focused in this new year! Although life may send us hiccups along the way that may create changes we never expected but, live does go on! This is the year I attain my goal weight by July 1st!!! And then maintain my goal weight onward!

1st Place 4 HEALTH Bible Study "Start Losing, Start Living our 9th session since 1/11 11/12/13 - blogged my commitment contract to the world for next 91 days (13 weeks). Come join me! 01/01/14 - On track and trying to stay motivated!

Born July 1956 (50-something -- you do the math) in Chicago, Illinois. Age 3 moved to the far north boonies now the NW suburbs. Met my present husband in Sept. 1977, got married 6 years to the day of our 1st date in1983. We had a daughter in Sept. 1991 and a son in April of 1993. Then 19 years later 4/3/12 the Lord called my hubby home and now I ride into the sunset, my golden years as one!

Graduated May 2013 with an AAS Dietetics Funny how life throws you hiccups that you never expect. Plans change - �our� senior plans have changed!! Sadly my love passed away suddenly on 4/3/12 of a massive heart attack. So as you see my life has drastically changed!
