I'm looking forward to getting back on track so that I can lose the weight I've been lugging around since my last successful diet. Sigh.
I'm a 39 year old mom with a wonderful husband of 18 years and a great 9 year old daughter. I lost quite a bit of weight when she was younger, but have since found it all and then some! This time I'm planning to make it stick.
My goals are:
* to get more fit, so I can do outdoor/active stuff with my family
* to lose weight, so I can find and wear fashionable clothes
* to look better and feel more confident around my staff and friends
* I think...I will try the C25K...maybe...

My Goals:
I'd like to get back to a weight I can live with by losing 80-100 pounds. I know I'll have more energy to do things outside with my family, like walk in the Grand Canyon, go camping or even just go hiking around Phoenix.

My Program:
My primary focus is on what I'm eating, by counting calories on my nutrition page. I'm also going to really try to get regular exercise with my Wii Fit (strength/balance) and my PS2 (DDR-cardio) and regular 2-mile walks but I'm being careful to set realistic goals so I can stick with it.
Update: I got EA Active for Wii for Christmas as well as a NICE treadmill, a physio ball, weights and a resistance band! Yay!

My name is Tiffany; I'm a wife and mom with a professional career. I really want to feel better and I know that I CAN do it!

Other Information:
I don't call anything off-limits in my eating plan. If I want it, I eat it--but I always try to balance it as well. I wish we could post our nutrition tracker here so people can see that you can eat what you love AND lose weight, without ridiculous exercises or pills!
