Introduction Text I'm 51, I have a 15 yr old daughter that is learning how to drive. I am continuing recovery from a minor internal head injury (7/6/2008) that has majorly interrupted my life, & my families lives. I have come so far with everyone's love, support & much hard work. I feel I am not finished with what I must do. I have come to realize that the difference between right & wrong is a 1/2 inch. The difference between two parallel lines of life's choices. Making it easy to step away from the correct path, but also making it just as easy to turn back towards the correct path. I am amazed how just looking at something with different thoughts can give you an opportunity instead of a tragedy. What I would like to get out of changing my lifestyle: Ability to do more activities with my family. Met Goal & continuing I want to Horseback. Scheduled for this Mar 2010 Dressy Clothes (w/ style) 2 simple new jackets Sit comfortably in normal size chairs (ie, airplanes, movie theatres). Can do now! Healthier body=Longer enjoyable life. Role model for 12 yr old daughter. I'd like to go on a biking vacation. That will do for now :-)

Reduce intake of calories, increase activities, be responsible for my actions & monitoring. Found support, friends, family, medical team, sparks! I'd say being accountable with monitoring & food prep.

Over 2 years ago, I was injured while shopping. I got a minor head injury that majorly interrupted my life. I have been slowly climbing back to my "normal" world, with the realization not every bit of me will probably ever come back. I accept that to move forward and try to enjoy the new me :-)
