I'm a single female who has lost over 130 lbs and would like to lose more

My Goals:
I just want to lose the weight I have gained over the years.

My Program:
 I work out on the treadmill 5 days a week and count calories of what I eat.
I just started taking the bodypump class.

I am 41 years old and I live in MA.
