I love your back bend diagram. I remember trying to learn to do one when I was about 11 and watched Richard Hittleman doing Yoga on TV in 1960. I have since seen on YouTube that the best way to learn is to get down on your knees next to the wall, and bend back from that position and "walk down the wall". But, i'm to old to worry about that now. I love the videos from Patricia Walden who teaches Iyengar Yoga and is in her 60s now and she is so fluid doing back bends. 2265 days ago
