I am a 38-year-old mother of three employed as a chemist. I work a 3rd shift. Talk about making exercising hard. I try to encorporate my excerise while I work cause well...I sleep when normal people are up. Update: My awesome employer gave everyone at work a free gym membership. I am taking full advantage. I hope that they will continue the program next year but for now I am happy that I have the opportunity to use the gym until April 2013.

Update: I did get to use the gym most of the year last year because I was pregnant. Will get to return next month. The membership will be 8 dollars a month. I am excited to go to the Mommy and me classes with my youngest.

Lots of outdoor activities with by Daisy Scout troop this fall everything from geocaching to bird watching.
ST 3 days a week.
Continuing 9 week rounds of Zombie Apocalypse training.

Personal Information:
Time for a fresh start on here. I had lots of crappy stuff happen in the past but that is in the past. I am working on losing weight, getting fit, being a girl scout daisy troop leader, loving my life and feeling better and better as these healthy changes are becoming part of my daily routine.

Other Information:
I love Edgar Allen Poe.

I love thunderstorms, my children, puppies, kittens, sunshine, and inner peace.

I love every precious minut gives me.
