    Hi Tina! I want to thank you so much for stopping by my blog and giving me great advice! I know many sparker moms have mentioned 5 am workouts so it IS possible! I think going to sleep earlier will make that happen. I was going to try today to experiment going to the gym for 5 am, didn't happen. emoticon I'm worrying alot so my sleep was bad.
    I'll have to check out my computer on their time organizers.

    When is your 5K? Mine is 5/1, 3 more weeks to go for me I'm starting to get a little nervous b/c I can only run about 2 miles right now so hope I can increase my endurance by then.

    Keep doing those intervals consistently and you'll get there! I'm a little worried 2 wks from now doing 12 minutes but gonna do it!

    I love spinning!!! Congrats on the 2 hour class ~ this past October I survived a 4 hour spin for the cure (to raise money for Susan G Komen Foundation of Cincinnati)... the bathroom was UP 2 flights of stairs -- LOL! When I was done I just "held it" until I got home!! Spinning is my favorite workout and a real calorie burner to boot!

    Congrats on your weight loss successes as well ~ Keep it up! (or should I say down?) :)
