    Hello, Darla and welcome to SP! I hope you are able to find the support and encouragement you need here to meet your goals! You will feel so much better about yourself and your body as your weight drops! I use SP’s nutrition guidelines, and several of their recipes! There are many great sparkteams to be a part of for closer friends. I know also that the health articles on fitness and nutrition have been very helpful for me!
