    Hey Tami...how are things going for you? I hope well... LOL...I gotta tell you, if I threw out everything that was outdated that was in my closet..that would be 99% of what I own...for years I have refused to buy clothes unless I had no other choice because I didn't want to buy anything until I lost weight...well it never happened so I am all outdated! But in a few weeks I will have to buy new slacks at least...yipee!!

    You wondered about 'morbid' obesity indicators...

    The World Health Organization defines BMI of 18.5 -24.9 as normal weight, 25- 29.9 as overweight, 30-34.9 as severely overweight and 35-39.9 as obese and over 40 as morbidly obese and over 45 is super obese.

    Hi Tami.... you are braver than I am...I've been white water rafting once...I'm done!! I know how you feel about missing being active...I've been there for a few years and I hate it. Doesn't it feel GREAT to get out and move? I also love the support I find here on Sparkpeople, complete strangers ath actually care about you and cheer you on! emoticon

    Thank you for stopping by my blog, I appreciate your support. It has been a tough couple of weeks for me. And sometimes I just don't understand my body. The last 5 days I have stayed at calorie range, and I've exercised 4 times! I added sodium onto my nutrition tracker, and yesterday I was over by 700mg. I can't believe how easily it adds up especially when most of the food I ate did not have much sodium content on the food label. It is hard to watch that Na intake, but I am trying! I am also feeling a little better since this morning. Thanks again, I added you as a SF. =o)
