The right way this time!!


Hi there!! My name is Tracy and I am 34. I am a mother of a 3 1/2 yr old little girl. I am so excited to be here on SP and making some positive changes in my life!! I have learned that through postitive thinking, visualizing and dedication it is possible to do anything :-) I have lost 8 if 17 pounds already and can't wait to lose the rest of it!     Hi Tigger! thanks for bouncing by. LOL So, do you love Disney? are you close to Disney World or Disney Land. I use to work at DW when in highschool and college. I use to liver very close to it! Now I live on the west coast and just did my first Disney Land trip this past Feb.! I just love both worlds...I prefer DW more....I love Epcot during the holidays! I'm thinking about getting tickets to Disney Lands Halloween party coming up soon! okay, probably more than you want to know.

    Thanks for the kudos....oh my gosh, I'm really working it. after a plateau for a couple of months, I've been getting strict about writing my foods and getting in the exercise! I'm down another pound this morning. YAY! Doesn't always work out that way, but I'm glad my ticker is finally moving again!

    You're doing awesome as well! Look how close you are to goal! Wow, that has to be very encouraging,...like you see the light at the end of the towel. You are making it happen; every choice gets one closer to goals!
