It's time to update my page and think of some new goals. The weight is sticking; I just can't seem to lose any. I guess I need to mix things up a bit.


My to do:

* Journal -- log each and every bite that goes into my mouth (This was my key to success in the past. I got cavalier and let it slide.)

* Exercise -- Karate is great -- Sensei pushes us every class, but 2 hours a week just isn't enough. I joined a gym so I can use the pool and attend classes. I love pilates and want to try Zumba.

*** Strength training - I will re-incorporate weight training into my workouts. I got spoiled at bootcamp - I went in and followed the circuit - I didn't have to think. I have the equipment at home - NOW is the time to create my own circuit training.

*** Walking -- Add 30 minute walks every day. That shouldn't be too much on my foot.

* Reduce computer time!!
* Water -- minimum 8 glasses daily (I've forgotten that too)

I'm ready for a new and improved ME. No more excuses!!

    Yes my DH and I do our projects together, I cannot believe our ktichen is 11 years old - we changed wallpaper once - it just looks great and our family room is one if not my FAVORITE room we did with different color paints etc - we little by little have taken down ALL the wallpaper and have gone to paint! Makes a huge difference

    ENJOY that new kitchen and your pics with Sensei are GREAT!

    Remind me not to get your angry! ROFL that is what my DH said to me when he saw me at a Stop Rape program I gave for the Boston Polive when we were first dating my 6'7" foot partner went over my shoulder and down to the ground in a heartbeat! hmmm think I got pictures still somewhere of that event
