It's time to update my page and think of some new goals. The weight is sticking; I just can't seem to lose any. I guess I need to mix things up a bit.


My to do:

* Journal -- log each and every bite that goes into my mouth (This was my key to success in the past. I got cavalier and let it slide.)

* Exercise -- Karate is great -- Sensei pushes us every class, but 2 hours a week just isn't enough. I joined a gym so I can use the pool and attend classes. I love pilates and want to try Zumba.

*** Strength training - I will re-incorporate weight training into my workouts. I got spoiled at bootcamp - I went in and followed the circuit - I didn't have to think. I have the equipment at home - NOW is the time to create my own circuit training.

*** Walking -- Add 30 minute walks every day. That shouldn't be too much on my foot.

* Reduce computer time!!
* Water -- minimum 8 glasses daily (I've forgotten that too)

I'm ready for a new and improved ME. No more excuses!!

    as I said I am tweaking the recipe and using pork and chicken, adding peppers 3 colors red, orange and yellow along with an onion - I will let you know how it comes out - the original is good - making enough for leftovers tomorrow night, my Dad is making turkey chili on Wednesday night YUMMY and I am doing Italian for my son when he comes home Thur - cooking lessons for him Thur/Fri and Sat!

    Dinner will be ready and on the stove about 5:30 ish HOWEVER bring a paint brush we are staining the front stairs for our house and my parents!
