It's time to update my page and think of some new goals. The weight is sticking; I just can't seem to lose any. I guess I need to mix things up a bit.


My to do:

* Journal -- log each and every bite that goes into my mouth (This was my key to success in the past. I got cavalier and let it slide.)

* Exercise -- Karate is great -- Sensei pushes us every class, but 2 hours a week just isn't enough. I joined a gym so I can use the pool and attend classes. I love pilates and want to try Zumba.

*** Strength training - I will re-incorporate weight training into my workouts. I got spoiled at bootcamp - I went in and followed the circuit - I didn't have to think. I have the equipment at home - NOW is the time to create my own circuit training.

*** Walking -- Add 30 minute walks every day. That shouldn't be too much on my foot.

* Reduce computer time!!
* Water -- minimum 8 glasses daily (I've forgotten that too)

I'm ready for a new and improved ME. No more excuses!!

    yes - only 2 and I know how much they will be enjoyed better yet I get the pics for my son's recipe book too!

    that is coming along slowly but is looking great - got a nice shot of him and I making meatloaf last weekend when he was home!

    Looking forward to his vacation and the Bruins game in December and then we head to NYC where he is treating us to dinner at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant

    thanks for your comment on my blog - funny thing is I went for the 2 candies I knew would not THWART me!

    Looking forward to being off tomorrow and getting some baking done for the shutins at church it will be great to have oven going and only 2 cookies are allowed tomorrow for me to taste! I told Amy that was my breakfast and lunch ONLY KIDDING!
