Hi :).

I'm a grad student looking to transform my admittedly poor and unhealthy lifestyle into an active, healthy lifestyle.

I suppose my title needs a lil' explanation ... where I go to school, there is this hike to The Dish, a large satellite dish located on the top of a hill. The hike is a 3.5 mile round trip, and begins with a grueling & deceivingly steep climb. I want to be able to run the entire thing before I graduate!

My Goals:

Exercise:
- 6 x/wk cardio
- 3 x/wk strength
- active outings with friends
