Introduction Text It seems that no matter how much I work on things on my own I just can't seem to do it.. =o(

I would like to lose at least 50 more pounds I started at 226.. Not something that I would like to go back to.

Now that I have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes I am working with my dietician and my trainer, I am hoping to do what needs to be done to lose the weight.. Along with my family and friends being there for me for support.. In the end I know that I am the only one who can do anything about where I am..

I am a mother, a wife and a home maker and I am a full time student at our local college. I love the outdoors, down hill skiing, cross country skiing and in the warmer months I love Kayaking.. You will always find me on the water.. God is who I look up to for support along with my husband.. He is always there for me. No matter what!

Just looking for others that are on Spark that are in neighboring towns to shoot the bull with or just ask for some advise
