First of all, I just want to congratulate you on your success of being below 210. I know you have to feel amazing. I am glad that physical therapy was good for you too. With me, yes everything is going pretty good. Of course my first niece was born, so I was pretty excited. Yes I witnessed everything. She is going to be so spoiled. The hubby is doing good too. I'm sorry to hear about you only being able to exercise such a small amount of time, but I am glad to hear that you haven't gained anything. That means that you have been doing pretty good with your eating. Since the last time I weighed in, I gained back all of that and more. It has been pretty tough. I believe one of the last times I blogged, I may have stated that my doctor wants me to do 150 minutes of cardio per week as well as some strength training for the upper body. I have been getting the swimming in. That water is getting kind of cold now, which makes it a little harder. I went to the doctor last week, and she put me on an appetite suppressant, and right now I am down about 7 pounds. I would like to say that I have just been disciplining myself, but I think the suppressant is really helping me. 3830 days ago
