Hi all!! Here I am again...another try at my weight loss goals. I've been slacking the past couples of years because of school but I'm ready to make myself a healthier and better person AGAIN!! I've always been chubby for my height but never really considered myself overweight. But I would really like to start not being chubby for my height and start being SEXY AND SLENDER for my height!!! I want to be able to keep my healhty lifestyle and not continuously "fall off the wagon." School is wrapping up soon and I won't have that as my excuse anymore! Actually...I really shouldn't have any excuses at all, there's no room for excuses in my life anymore! I want to be able to look in the mirror and say "Wow I look smoking hot today" and not "Damn I look so fat today." It's time to make a change and for real! I've always had a tough time with eating right, not eating fast food and any other kind of junk food and I want to change that all this time around. I want to be able to not be the "picky eater," broaden my horizons with new foods, and try to incoporate more veggies and new tastes that I've always shyed away from in my life. I want to be able to stick to a better and healthier lifestyle and not surrender to temptation. And I know with the help of my best friend and all you awesome success stories here on Sparkpeople, I will be able to do it this time and be able to say "I love the way I look!!" To all of those who are continuing to make your daily goals and make yourself into a healthier and better you...I commend you for all your hard work and hopefully I can follow suit : )

    Blogging might help you with your emotional hangups... it also sometimes just helps to write everything down. Even if you cheated on your diet, why not log it? Sometimes it's not as bad as you thought and other times it motivates you to do better. Either way, try not to shy away from being honest. It can only help with the harder part of losing weight - the emotional baggage, eating for comfort, and self esteem issues.
