I am 30 and from Western North Carolina. I am married and have a wonderful little six year old son. I am looking for buddies so we can help keep each other on track and motivate each other.

My Goals:
I would like to weight 140 again it has been to long..


My Program:
My diet is a mix of 6 week body makeover, biggest loser and my own thing. For workouts I am using 21 day fix, and I also use my treadmill or go walking with my son and sister.
I plan on trying Insanity in the near future



Personal Information:
My name is Stacy and I am 30 and happily married for 8 years. I am a stay at home, homeschooling mom to a amazing 6 year old little boy. He is my world I live and breath for him. I have been what you would call "heavy" most of my life. Up until about nine years ago I stayed between 150-170 and was very happy with my body. Then due to moving back in with my parents, working two jobs and just eating what-ever was close my weight shot up to around 220. I was able to lose down to 198 for my wedding and then by the time I got pregnant I was back at 220 again. During my pregnancy I maxed out at 268 and felt like crap. I am now bouncing around between 240-255 and am ready to start really living the wonderful life God has planned for me. My biggest challenge is making myself take time out to workout. My hubby is only 175 and can eat anything and not gain a pound so keeping only "healthy" stuff in the house is hard too.


Other Information:
With God all things are possible.

Taking time out to work out and be healthy is not being selfish, not taking care of yourself is!!!!
