Do you have the new plan and cookbook? I love mine, they are on amazon for cheap, I bought my friend a set for $25.

Yes they did change the fuel pull cycle in the new book.

I'm trying it this week as well, did my shopping today.

You should try out the trimmies, I love them...nice warn drink you can have either FP or S way.

Not sure if you know but I think the Fuel Pull cycle is now S, S, E, E, FP, FP, S.

Checkout the FB team on THM...or I can sent you the print-outs? Actually changed in the new plan book as well - Chapter 24 "Heads up: Turtle Losers! (with Fuel Cycle Information)

Hi I wonder if it was because I didn't have almond milk so used 1/2 and 1/2 creamer? I'll try again real soon, so your actually stayed big? I have baking powder that I just bought so I think it is fresh. But the frosting is so good can put that on any chocolate cake as well :)

What size dish did you use, I used a small ramekin?

Hi ya, I made the peanut butter puffed cake, not sure if I did something wrong, it surely puffed while cooking in the micro wave but went flat as a board almost? The PB frosting was yummy and the cake too, but not sure as puff didn't fit it after it deflated.
