    Hi there, yes I did take measurements when I started THM, once I'm off the second week of fuel pull, I take again.. My hips went from 48 to 45, but I don't use the tap measure right, sometimes too loose, sometimes too tight.

    I do know I went from size 18/20 to fighting into my 14's.

    Hi, I didn't want to post this on our team, but I can't believe I went from 171.8 to 168.8 this morning since starting the FP cycle. I guess I'll do the second week, but then totally back on plan....How are you doing? I should weight 140'ish so I have a ways to go yet. I felt great at 144 and that was considered overweight, but I guess go with what feels good for one's body.

    Reason I didn't want to post on the team is for the newbies, didn't want them to jump on a FP cycle if not totally on plan yet.

    I'm being careful not to trigger my BED as the FP cycle sure feels like dieting. Now I can't wait for the S days to arrive :)

    Thank you for the comment on my blog. Re: your question: that's hard to answer of course and I am not an expert. But if you like, mail me your food plan (or post it on the thread for Week 3 at the team) and I can take a look at it and try to 'think with you'....
