Hi, I'm Erin. I am on a path to overall health and wellness. I am committed to improving myself physically and emotionally, and LOVING IT!

I've been on and off the wagon here, but I am back, and I am committed to taking care of myself.

My Goals:
Ultimately, I care less about the pounds I lose and more about improving my overall health. Weight loss is something that I can easily track, so I have set goals loosely around pounds.

My medium term goal is to match the weight on my driver's license. My long term goal is to get into a normal BMI range but I am not setting a specific target weight for that yet, since I need to hit my medium term goal first.

Since my highest weight (250 lbs.) I am down 33 lbs and counting! I am really looking forward to buying a new wardrobe!

My Program:
Breakfast smoothies with kale, spinach, fruits, hemp protein powder and chia seeds.

Lunch is soup and a salad packed with greens, chick peas, cucumbers, celery, whatever veggies I have on hand, and sometimes a veggie burger or a black bean burger.

Dinner is quinoa or rice with veggies and a salad.

Personal Information:
I am working on going vegan. This will be a process since I need to make sure I am getting enough in terms of supplements so I don't lose any muscle or do any damage to my internal organs, which can happen if you aren't careful!

Other Information:
I am still trying to do yoga. One day my head will rest peacefully on my shin!
