After a five year hiatus, a new job, several babies (all at once) and oh...86lbs, it's time to put in the work and start living the life I was meant to have. So as of right now, I'm a human construction zone. There'll be a renovation on my mindset, a rejuvenation of my spirit, and a total remodel of my body. In the great words of Nike, I'm gonna JUST DO IT!

My Goals:
Long Term Goal: to lose the 86lbs and get back to my former weight of 130...preferably by my BFF's wedding next fall.

Starting Weight: 216lbs

Short Term Goal1: lose 20lbs in 10 weeks when I start the BTS challenge.

Reward: I'll be under 200lbs- thats reward enough

STG2: Be back to my pre weight loss efforts weight..just in time to take the yearly family picture for this kids' birthday.

Reward: A new pair of jeans

Half-Way Point/ Goal 2: 40lbs gone by May, so I can look good for the cruise I've already planned

Ultimate Final Goal: to maintain my healthy weight for a lifetime

My Program:
Putting myself first, and doing the opposite of everything I've been doing the past 5 years.

Being aware of how, what, why I eat.

Eat less (portion control is A-OK!)

Get back in to my exercise routine (without slacking) 3 days cardio, 2 days weight training.
