Thirty One Changes


I turned 31 on November 13, 2011. It is my goal to make 31 healthy changes this year...that is about 3 per month.

November: Stop drinking soda everyday, exercise 4 times per week and try to go to bed earlier on the weeknights.

My Goals:
- lose 15 pounds

-plan healthy meals for breakfast and lunch

-make exercise a habit

My Program:
 I am training for a 5k using Hal Higdon's method. I also like zumba, dancing, basketball, skiing and swimming.
