I'm embarking on a weight loss journey for about the hundredth time. I always have some initial success but fall off the wagon after a couple of months. I need to lose almost 150 lbs to meet my goal, so I need to figure out a way to make my new habits stick. I love exercise and sports and would love to be more active again. I need to lose almost 150 lbs to meet my goal, so I need to figure out a way to make my new habits stick. I love exercise and sports and would love to be more active again. I've always been overweight, but since graduating college I have really packed on the pounds. Exercise is no longer fun. Life isn't as much fun. I want to get my happiness back and I want to get my weight under control before I do permanent damage to my health. My blood pressure has been creeping up along with my weight the past few years (I'm only in my mid 20s) and if I don't reverse that, I'll need to start meds. Scary! I want to be in the prime of my life! Will you be my buddy and we can help cheer each other on?
