So here I am. Again! And damn it if I'm not gonna do it this time!

My highest confirmed weight was 256, (though I know I got bigger than that) then I went vegetarian and got down to 174, then little by little my clothes started to fit more snugly and I started avoiding the scale like a plague. So I ended up back at 235. Went vegetarian again for a few months and lost around 30 of those pounds, and for the last year I've been hovering around 210.

My boyfriend recently indulged us and got us a pair of Verizon smartphones, which I adoooore! So now I'm using the Android apps to help me keep track of what I eat, (and I LOVE that is auto-syncs with the website) so I'm hoping that will really help me stick to it!

I know I can do this!

My Goals:
To be healthy. Period.


My Program:
Using SparkPeople's nutrition tracker to log EVERYTHING I eat, even if I binge on an entire cake, I'm going to be completely honest with MYSELF this time around, and also share my tracker so at minimum my boyfriend can help keep me focused. Also, I want to get into running, which means saving for a treadmill. I may want to get healthy, but I'm not running in Tucson's 100+ summer days.



Personal Information:
I'm 26, and I'm the female American average height of 5'4". I have an amazing boyfriend I've been with for 12 years (Yes, twelve.) and we have three cats together. (We're working on the baby thing.)

Top Three Books: The Count of Monte Cristo, Memoirs of a Geisha, and The Dogs of Babel.
