Introduction Text Hi there. My name is Lisa and I'm slowly starting my college life. I've been insecure about my looks most, if not all, of my life. That led to eating more sweets which led to being overweight. Its a new year and I'm ready to start making some important changes for myself. I want to feel better about myself. Sure, I've had some people tell me I look fine the way I am but after 12 years of being teased for being myself (that's right, I was teased, constantly, the entire time I was in school) it's hard to believe. I know losing weight isn't the solution to all my problems, but it's a place to start. 2010 is my year to shine and the only one who can do it is me.
