The first thing that helped me was doing the Spark start. At the beginning I was obsessed with getting Spark Points and I really think that really helped me.
I also am a stickler for portion sizes. I believe that watching my portions, keeping something on my stomach at all times, and tracking everything really helped me get to where I am today. :)
