I've been overweight my whole life, and I've tried and failed many a time to change that. This time is different. I'll tell you why:

1. This time around, I'm operating on a pretty simple philosophy: look at what I've done in the past that's failed and do the opposite of that. I know, rocket science, right?

2. Something finally clicked for me: I realized it's all about choices. Sounds like a no-brainer, I know, but fully realizing the amount of personal control and responsibility I have for where I am and where I'm going changed the game for me. Everything is a choice, and all I need to do is make better ones.

3. I'm embracing the fact that failure is okay. Nobody's perfect, least of all me. I'm going to fall off the wagon, and it's alright - just as long as I hop right back on.

I am DONE now, I know it in my bones. It won't be easy, but nothing that's worth anything ever is.

My Goals:
Goal 1 is 154 lbs, the top of the "Healthy" BMI category.

My Program:
Diet: I use the tracker and stick mostly within the ranges SP sets. I tend to watch my carbs closer than other things, since past experience tells me that's a trigger point for my body. I am not, however, on any sort of low carb plan.

Exercise: I'm doing the 20-week Turbo Fire program.
